A Look at Our Impact

TCEL annually impacts over 4500 underrepresented women, youth and aspiring professionals with its programs, workshops and events.

We’ve hosted over 200 in-person & virtual programs and events since we started in 2004.

Our Virtual Internship Program offers high school juniors and seniors and college freshmen and sophomores a virtual internships in STEM, Communications, Fashion, Digital Entertainment, Finance and more. Everyone completing the program receives a stipend upon completion.
